Symposium venue and location

The symposium will be organised in Rokua Health & Spa. The hotel is located in the middle of beautiful Northern-Finland countryside about 80 km distance from Oulu.

Transportation

Common transportation by bus

We offer a possibility to get a bus ride between Oulu and the conference venue. The bus is free of charge for the participants. The bus will stop at Oulu airport and in the city center. Please indicate if you need this option when registering!

Individual transportation

From Oulu airport: You can use a provided bus transportation directly from the airport or from the city center (you can get to city center by taxi, ca. 25 minutes, ca. 45 EUR or public transportation, ca. 40 minutes, ca. 5 EUR).

From Oulu railway station: Rokua is not serviced by train. If you arrive by train to Oulu, you can use provided bus transportation to Rokua from city center (see above), which is within a walking distance from the train station.

By car: If you arrive by car, there is a free parking space located at the Rokua areal.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration and must be reserved separately from the hotel.
